About Us
Tri-Skill Consulting was founded by Noelle Labrie because she recognized the need across multiple industries for the development of young Leaders. Noelle has been a passionate and engaged Learning and Development professional for over 20 years. She has worked in eight countries, lived in the Middle East and Central America, and influenced and motivated thousands of employees around the world. Her most amazing ability is the gift to encourage others to find and exceed the potential they never knew they had.
Working with various enterprises, Noelle noticed that while many senior Leaders and executives wanted to develop their own people, they simply didn't have the time or capacity to provide the extent of attention to each individual or to the group as a whole. Through dedicated coaching, workshops to improve team communication and decision making, and review of overall leadership development programs, Noelle's insight and analysis will motivate, invigorate, and inspire your employees. A happy side effect of this engagement is improved retention, thereby internally building the skills and experience of your next generation of Leaders.
